KOKKOLA WINTER ACCORDION FESTIVAL

(This festival is celebrated from february 15th to 22nd)

Highly skilled musicians will provide sublime interpretations of classical and modern works, jazz, chanson and light music, with some fine examples of dance art. This festival really brings out the extraordinary versatility of the accordion as a musical instrument.

The favorite color in this festival is the black, in the scenes of the accordion, the participants always use the black color in their clothing, beacuse the consider it a serious color to represent feelings, and when colour black is mixed with brillants colours it transmits magic to the public. The accordion should always be black, because it is considered the boss musical instrument.

SOMMELO ETHNO MUSIC FESTIVAL, KUHMO

(This festival is celebrated from July 1st to 5th )

Sommelo is an international music festival arranged in Kainuu, Finland and Russian Karelia, which are the cradle of most runo singing and other forms of old and new folk music. The event incorporates concerts, courses, conferences, art exhibitions and other attractions for the whole family. Sommelo Ethno Music Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2015

Women in this festival like to use log dresses with roses, red purple, blue, colors that they considere represents happiness and secuiruty.

On theater stages, the white is widely used because it is a color that represents purity of innocence.

LAHTI SIBELIUS FESTIVAL

(This festival is celebrated from August 31st to September 6th)

This splendid festival bring together friends of Sibelius’ music from across the globe, as the Lahti Symphony Orchestra marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of Finland’s national composer with a wonderful weekend in the acoustically splendid setting of Sibelius Hall.

The artists try to crate a coneccion with their instruments, thas is why depends on the sound of the instrument the way they dress, and their color.Usually de instruments are dark Brown and light Brown, some of them express feelings of happines, sandess, loneliess, etc.And that is way the musicians use neutral colors like White and black. The skirts of women are violet, Brown or dark bue, or dark Green, to complement the neutral color of the men, trying to be consistent with what the instrument express. Violet color represents power and violence. Brown color brings stability in the audience, the blue riminds the purity of heaven.
