Sauna
There is a sauna at home in all Finnish homes. Also in residences and student apartments. We recommend that you use about 10 or 15 minutes are great to warm the body, purify bronchi and skin care.
Dairy diet

Finns read about 47 books a year, which is a very high rate compared with other countries. Reading is a favorite of Finnish verb. A book is like a friend. Writing is a passion for many Finns
Sports
The sport that invites viewers in Finland is, unlike most European countries, the ice hockey. Also football and basketball have popularity, although much less than hockey. children and young people practice these sports.
